In order to streamline customer support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticketing system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

為讓客戶可以更簡單解決問題,我們新增了支援預約系統。每次發出新的請求時,系統也會為每個請求配上票號,客戶可使用該票號回覆及追蹤支援進度。我們亦會提供整個支援過程的記錄供客戶參考。使用支援預約時,請提供一個有效的電郵。
